TRAINING INTERVENTIONS Executive & Senior Management Training Interventions The current Business School environment is known for its generic training modules, with all their high level programmes being nothing other than a slight variation of its MBA programme. The standard approach of any Business School to company specific programmes is to provide a slight variation of generic content, taught by the same in-house academics that teach on all the other programmes. ITSI believes in the ·Best of Breed· strategy when designing an in-house, University accredited training programme & consulting intervention. We use the best academic and business talent the country (and in some instances the world) has to offer. After analysing the needs of the client, it designs a training course that fits in with the exact requirements of the client. The business objectives that have to be reached are then incorporated into the academic outputs required from the students. The best academics, consultants and business leaders are then approached to form the core faculty of this intervention. A dedicated team of academic assistants will then either create complimentary modules to fit in with existing University Certificate courses or create brand new courses than are taken through a stringent quality control process to be finally approved by the University·s Senate and registered with SAQA. In ITSI's short existence, it has conducted and delivered no less than 8 world-class training interventions in four of the country's largest companies, making use of the top academic and business minds in the country, while guaranteeing a University accredited programme of the highest quality. The Fundamental Management Mindset Programme (FMMP) The Fundamental Management Mindset Programme (FMMP) was specifically designed to address the challenges of inter alia change management, diversity, trust and mindset management. The FMMP will equip managers to effectively enhance employee engagement within their teams. Improved management mentoring and coaching skills will lead to improved individual and team productivity and involvement. Teams and individuals will experience a greater sense of belonging and loyalty towards the organisation, as well as a higher level of commitment to its customers.
